Timescales

In November 2022, Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council (NBBC) granted outline planning permission for 1,700 new homes, land safeguarded for a secondary school, a mixed-use district centre, a primary school, plus extensive open space, and Green Infrastructure on the wider Top Farm site.

To bring this development forward Warwickshire County Council (the current landowner) and its property company Warwickshire Property & Development Group (WPDG) have entered a major new Joint Venture (JV) partnership known as ‘Develop Warwickshire’ with leading developer Countryside Partnerships.

So far, the JV has submitted a phasing plan to Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council for approval, which sets out how the development will be brought forward in phases.
